Overview

The Coastal Bird Photography Walk offers a leasurely stroll along the beautiful Moray coast between Burghead and Cummingston, where you will have opportunities to photograph some of the lovely coastal birds in the area.

During the walk you will be offered supervision and guidance aimed to help you to produce stunning bird photographs. Usually there is a good variety of sea and land birds to capture on route, although with any wildlife or bird walk, this cannot be guaranteed.

 

Equipment

You will require:

  • Camera, which allows  control of the ISO, Shutter Speed and Aperture (contact if unsure)
  • Lens which is 200mm or longer

Optional:

  • Monopod or Tripod

 

Eligibility

  • 13 years and older (parents please contact)
  • Ability to walk approx. 2 – 3 miles on gravel paths
