Overview
Are you interested in taking people shots, or perhaps you have already tried and not been satisfied with the results? Come along to this evening’s presentation and gain tips and tricks on producing eye-catching images and start your journey into the wonderful genre of portrait photography.
The presentation will blend a theoretical presentation with a practical session, and aims to increase awareness, confidence and competence in developing your portrait photography.
Preparation
To get the most from the session, please bring along:
- Camera
- Lens
- Notepad and paper

- Flash (not essential but if you have one you may wish to bring)
- Wireless Flash Trigger (not essential but if you have one you may wish to bring)

ABOUT THE TUTOR
Gary is a commercial photographer and photography educator based in Forres. The photography business has been operating since 2011, utilisng Gary’s 20+ years experience in developing, delivering and evaluating professional training packages for all ages. Gary’s career began in the care sector, commencing as a First Level Mental Health Nurse, and progressing towards Management, then Training Management. He gained many useful skills during this career, transferring them into his photography and education business.
