Overview

This is less formal version of the Seascape Photography Workshop series. It comprises of a leisurely walk along an area of the Moray coast which is great for trying out or developing your seascape photography.

During the walk you will get tips and tricks on how to create different styles of seascape image – from crashing waves, to smooth, ethereal water.  This is a mainly practical session, with some theoretical components to back up the learning experience.

The walk may not be suited to people with mobility difficulties as we will be covering some uneven ground while getting to the shoreline.

 

Equipment

To get the most from the workshop it would be beneficial to have a camera that allows manual control of exposure and:

  • a tripod.
  • ND filter/s (optional)
  • polarising filter (optional)

There will be a limited number of ND filters available should you not already have your own.
